Aip Conference Proceedings License Agreement

For the open access magazines listed below, authors retain copyright on all content and a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license applies: under the terms of the CC BY license, no permission to reuse, broadcast or adapt the content of the article is required, but you must assign to the original source. Please use this format for Creative Commons attribution: the authors of our magazines retain copyright when granting an exclusive license for the publication of AIP Publishing. Our publishing contract includes a wide range of options to meet the requirements of funders and employers. Authors of aiP Publishing who wish to give access to their work in our subscription journals can choose the select author who also uses a CC BY license. AIP Publishing is aware that conference manuscripts published in aiP Conference Proceedings are often a summary of ongoing work. In addition, we understand that some procedural documents may be updated or improved at a later date to publish as regular periodic articles, including submission to unpublished journals by AIP Publishing. We have no problem with authors who want to usefully reuse the material of their manuscript of the AIP conference, provided that this reuse is fully in line with the standards and ethics of professional scientific publication. Journalism manuscripts from previously published work in aiP Conference Proceedings must contain a considerable amount of new or unpublished results. AIP Publishing does not publish articles almost identical to its manuscript published in aiP Conference Proceedings; Such a double publication, whether accidental or intentional, can have a negative effect on publication recordings or on the history of authors. Individual periodicals decide whether the reuse of a procedural manuscript by an author is fair and reasonable or whether there is sufficient additional material to warrant further publication. In order to enable magazine editors and speakers to make informed decisions, authors who reuse the content of their AIP conference manuscript should provide a copy of their procedural article to their selected journal. Do so when you submit a manuscript for the first time and put a clear explanation describing the material reproduced from the procedure manuscript. In addition, the authors are responsible for informing all co-authors of the procedure manuscript when you submit a manuscript based on the original article of the procedure, to a magazine.

Authors who infer a magazine article from their procedural manuscript must include a quotation from their procedural manuscript, whether the manuscript has been published or published in a volume of the AIP Proceedings conference. The citation shows compliance with this policy and promotes openness and disclosure. Author names, newspaper titles, vol. licensed Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY). The following downloadable packages contain templates for AIP conference procedures, as well as the publication agreement license and other additional documents you may need.
